Biography
I’m a PhD student at University College London. My research interests span the fields of artificial intelligence, biodiversity monitoring, sustainability, and social impact, with a particular focus on utilizing bioacoustics and computational methods as deep learning to tackle global ecological challenges. Currently, my work centers on understanding the drivers of population change in different taxonomic groups as amphibians, insects, and bats through creating algorithms, and machine learning systems that work on monitoring networks in Europe and America. My long-term goal is to learn, understand, and construct computational models to solve real-world problems in socio-ecological systems, biodiversity conservation, and climate change.
